2007-01-09 : NEW DRAFT UBR announced for 07-08
New draft UBR announced. The new draft UBR for 2007/8 is now confirmed as 0.441 with a 0.003 supplement for for Large Businesses (£15,000 and above - outside London Sq Mile) which equates to a charge of 0.444 rate in the pound.
