2010-03-18 : Ruddle Merz is recommended by Leaseholders United & The Forum of Private Business
Ruddle Merz has recently been named on a list of Recommended Rating Surveyors published by Leaseholders United & The Forum of Private Business.
LeaseholdersUnited is aware that many businesses are tricked into signing contracts and paying fees to firms claiming to be successful Rating Surveyors when they are not.
To combat this they have researched public records of rating appeals held by the Valuation Office and Valuation Tribunals to identify which firms are successful and which are not and establish a "minimum standard" of "success".
On average 1 in 3 rating appeals result in a reduction for businesses and all those firms whose success is equal to or greater than that are named on the list.
